Some customers will price themselves till they price themselves out 😅
She always removes extra money from the total after I already gave her discount. Today I finally said no more. Complete the payment or no item. She said that’s all she had, then asked for her money back.
Boundaries in business are necessary 💯
Funny how after I stopped allowing underpayment, a month later I noticed she started selling the same kind of products I sell 😅
Some people don’t just come to buy… they come to study your business too.
Lesson learned: be kind, but be wise. 💯
