To the inDrive Support Team,
I am writing to formally report a serious incident regarding a delivery I requested today in Lagos.
I used the inDrive app to arrange for a package (Shawarma from Item 7) to be delivered to my sister. However, the rider did not deliver the package and has since become completely unreachable. He is no longer picking up my calls, and the item has been effectively stolen.

Please investigate this trip immediately and provide a resolution regarding my refund. I have attached screenshots of the trip details and my receipt from Item 7 as proof of the order.
