THE MAP
There are seasons in life when we know where we want to go, but we don't know how to get there.
Sometimes a situation happens that is beyond our understanding. You have thought about it, asked questions, sought advice, and tried to figure things out—but nothing seems to make sense.
That is when you need more than human wisdom.
You need Jesus.
A map is designed to show you the way. It tells you where you are, where you are going, and which direction to take so that you don't get lost.
In the same way, Jesus is our divine direction.
He doesn't just know the way—He IS the Way.
> “Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.’”
— John 14:6
When you don't know what to do, permit Jesus to show you the way.
When you don't understand what is happening, trust the One who sees the whole picture.
When you cannot see the next step, follow the One who already knows the destination.
The Bible says:
> “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”
— Proverbs 3:5–6
Notice that He doesn't say you must understand everything before He can lead you.
You can be confused and still be led.
You can have questions and still be directed.
You can be unable to see the road ahead and still trust the One leading you.
Sometimes Jesus will show you the whole route.
Sometimes He will only show you the next step.
But the next step is enough when the One leading you is Jesus.
> “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”
— Psalm 119:105
A lamp doesn't necessarily illuminate the entire journey at once. It gives you enough light to take the next step.
So, don't panic because you don't know the whole way.
You don't need to have the entire map in your hands when you have Jesus with you.
There may be a situation you cannot explain right now.
There may be a decision you don't know how to make.
There may be a door you don't know whether to enter or leave.
Ask Jesus.
Let Him direct you.
Let Him put you through.
Let Him order your steps.
And when His direction doe
