I don't know who needs to hear this
But HUNGER DOESN'T CAUSE ULCER
Our stomach contains a very strong acid which is so strong that it can corrode one's face ,but it's been covered be layers of flesh.
H.pylori ;a very stubborn bacteria which goes into the stomach and digs up the flesh thereby causing the acid to find it's way out , when this happens .the acid starts to react on the stomach lining which results in ulcer ,hunger only worsen it

H.pylori (bacteria) can be contacted through drinking of contaminated water, kissing an infected person .

Okay,you ever wonder why all the time you are always feeling that mosquito bite while others do not ,here are some reasons why mosquito get attracted to one
1.You are always putting on dark coloured clothes to sleep , wear black or any other colour attracts the parasite

3.they get attracted to pregnant women

Drinking Cold water won't cause catarrh or cough .if you feel hot and need to regulate your body temperature ,take it .
This is because these things are caused by bacteria or even fungi except in some other cases
So IF YOU FEEL THE NEED TO TAKE COLD WATER , TAKE IT .

4 things to break your fast with:

-dates
-water
-fruits (non-acidic) and vegetable salads or smoothies
-fresh yogurt
- examples of safe fruits for breaking fast:
-Banana
-Watermelon
-Pawpaw
-Mango.

5 things you should not break your fast with:

-citrus fruits/juice (orange, tangerine, grape)
-other acidic fruits (pineapple, strawberry, agbalumo)
-fried foods (fried meats, samosa, puff-puff)
-fizzy drinks (includes malt drinks)
-peppery foods

PS: You may have these after eating something more gentle on your stomach.

PS: Avoid apples if you're an ulcer patient or add some slices to your yogurt parfait.
