Enjoy the little moments that remind you who you are beyond the stress. Laugh loudly, rest when you need to, and if the tears come, let them fall. Crying doesn’t make you weak , it means you’re human, and you’re processing everything life throws your way.

But through it all, never forget this: the spark within you is still there.
