Tailor work is a brain task . Though it doesn't feel or look like it but it is .. It is a work that stresses the brain B4 we achieve a design . But we hardly take attention to this so when the brain has been over stretched because of plenty of work from cut to finish after some time it results into that kind of mental trauma
What I usually do is take break from work for about a week. let your customers understand you need a break.
Then resume back gradually with minor work.
Me I do take 1month break. This year the whole of January was my break.
