I lost my spark for a while.
Life became so loud that I forgot what it felt like to slow down and simply be me. I got caught up trying to survive, trying to figure things out, trying to keep moving even when I felt exhausted. Somewhere in the middle of all that, I stopped pouring into myself.
For a while, I didn’t recognize the girl in the mirror. Not because she wasn’t there, but because she had been carrying so much.
Then I did something as simple as getting my hair done and putting on lashes. It wasn’t about looking pretty—it was about feeling like myself again. Looking in the mirror today reminded me that she’s still here. She’s been here all along, just waiting for me to find my way back.
This is your reminder that sometimes the smallest acts of self-care can reconnect you with parts of yourself you thought you’d lost.
Here’s to finding my spark again, one day at a time. ✨🤍
