I saw a post Suzy made about a customer who paid her and wanted to dispute the money she paid after she requested for a refund because the person sent an image similar to what I have in slide 2.

According to her,the lady made the payment via POS in store so apparently she needed to get a proof of payment through her bank app which if you click,the slide 1 most times and you mistakenly press the log dispute the second slide will pop up.This doesn’t mean that the customer is disputing the payment.It doesn’t work that way.

A lot of persons are on the post calling the customer names. The customer sending that slide two doesn’t mean they are out to scam you or retrieve their money from you.

Scammers abound yes but let’s not be quick to judge without concrete proof.
