Here are some steps that have helped me cope with my envious feelings

1.First acknowledge that you do feel envious AND its completely normal (this is hard,be gentle with yourself

2. Acknowledge what it is about the person's life that you will like in yours. write it down

3. Acknowledge that it is okay to want abundance and thank your emotions for helping you uncover your desires

4. You can congratulate the person if you can,in your mind or otherwise -Goodwill helps

5. Rinse and repeat
