Is self-healing the only way to bring complete healing?
Yes, indeed. People can support you, but unless you allow yourself to heal, that hurt you are carrying in your heart can't repair that heartbreak.
We encounter many different people and situations in life. Some can leave us absolutely devastated and on the verge of breaking. We feel wounded and soon that wound becomes a part of us. We try to gather the courage, hold our wounded self and again begin to walk. People who love us try to help and support us but sometimes we don't see ourselves getting better. This is the time when we look within ourselves and realise that no matter how much others help us, we need to allow ourselves to heal because healing is an internal process.
To heal, accept that what happened was a part of life you had no control upon. Let your emotions out, talk to people, love yourself. Give yourself time but in this time don't keep reminding yourself of your pain. Above all, trust the greatest healer. He doesn't leave anyone unhealed.
