On the Passing of Hajiya Aisha Ndayako-Makama, Beloved Mother and Sagi Nupe
With a heavy heart and total submission to the will of Almighty Allah, I extend my heartfelt condolence to His Royal Highness, the Etsu Nupe, Dr. Yahaya Abubakar, CFR, to the Ndayako Family and to the whole Aliyu Makama Family, over the death of our beloved Mother, Hajiya Aisha Ndayako-Makama, Sagi Nupe. (Our Mummy)
The passing of Hajiya Aisha (My Mum) is a great loss, not only to her immediate family but to the entire Nupe Kingdom and Niger State. She was a mother to many, a woman of faith, dignity, kindness and uncommon wisdom, whose life was devoted to family, community and the service of humanity. Her legacy of love, humility and compassion will continue to live in the hearts of all who knew her.
In this moment of grief, I join the good people of Niger State and Nupe Kingdom in mourning a mother whose presence brought comfort, guidance and unity. We pray that Almighty Allah, in His infinite mercy, forgives her shortcomings, accepts her good deeds, and grants her eternal peace.
May Allah grant her Aljannah Firdausi. Aameen Ya Rabbi.
May Allah also grant His Royal Highness, the entire Ndayako and Makama families, and all loved ones, the strength, patience and comfort to bear this irreparable loss.
