*Make water therapy a daily routine!!*
*Take 3 cups of warm water first thing in the morning and don't eat till after an hour. Then ensure to take 8-10 cups of water throughout the day.

Hydration helps our bodies fight inflammation by flushing out toxins. Adequate water intake can also help keep our joints well-lubricated and prevent gout attacks. Most of the water in our bodies is stored in connective tissue (tendons, ligaments, etc.).

I do have my flask of hot water with a bottle of water to dilute beside my bed a night to the following morning, I wake up to it and it makes the therapy process easy.
