HOW TO TAKE BODY MEASUREMENTS LIKE A PRO (BEGINNER GUIDE) ✂️

If your measurements are wrong, the outfit will never fit properly 😭
Here are simple ways beginners can measure correctly 👇

✅ THINGS YOU NEED:
• Measuring tape
• Notepad or phone for recording
• A relaxed standing posture
• Light clothing for accurate measurements

📌 BASIC BODY MEASUREMENTS:

👕 SHOULDER:
• Measure from one shoulder edge to the other

👔 CHEST/BUST:
• Wrap tape around the fullest part of the chest
• Don’t pull the tape too tight

🧍 WAIST:
• Measure around the natural waistline
• Usually above the navel

🍑 HIP:
• Measure around the fullest part of the hip

💪 SLEEVE LENGTH:
• Start from shoulder down to the wrist

📏 SHIRT/TOP LENGTH:
• Measure from the shoulder down to desired length

👖 TROUSER LENGTH:
• Measure from waist down to ankle

🦵 THIGH:
• Wrap tape around the upper thigh comfortably

👞 ANKLE:
