*Why People Sabotage Their Dreams and their 2023 Goals?*

The following is a short list of goals and dreams in no particular order that (for most people) will never get achieved.
Not in ...2023...2024β¦2025 or any year for that matter.
In 2023 The biggest obstacle any man or woman will not Achieve their Goals is first and foremost Self Sabotage , No be Juju, No be Village People , it is individuals who are the ones will be the biggest obstacles to Under Achievement, Under Earning , Procrasting on Their Goals, Laziness , Setting Goals with No Action Steps, Limiting Beliefs and Negative Mindsets etc
An Example of Self Sabotage in the Area of Relationships /Marriage is the Recent Case of the Popular Auto Dealer IVD and His Late Wife who passed away late last year October 16th and also Enduring Over 19 years of hardship in her marriage, May her gentle soul rest in peace. Ameen.
Things to note are
1. In a Relationship or Marriage , Both Parties are supposed to Grow together and not one party Experiencing growth and the other partner not educated or having personal development.
2. Having Healthy Self Esteem prevents a case where a Couple maintains health relationship instead of enduring a toxic union or enduring abuses either physical or emotional.
3. Refusing to go through premarital counseling β and refuse to seek professional help after marriage from Counsellors or Even Marital Mentors or Experts in Such Areas when things are going so bad or Challenges.
4. It is better to be alive and healthy than endure a living hell in a Sabotaged relationship or Marriage just to please the society or others.
Allow me to provide the list firstβ¦and the reason why along with the solution immediately thereafter.
1. Getting in great physical shape through a diet and exercise regimen.
2. Launching a business or initiative whose aim is to take control of your destiny.
3. The pursuit of any calling in sales , real estate , writing, painting, music, film, dance, or any creative art.
4. Any program of spiritual enlightenment to obtain greater peace of mind.
5. The learning of a new language or hobby so as to expand your horizons.
6. Any course designed to overcome an unwholesome habit or addiction.
7. Education of any kind that would provide greater career options.
8. Any act of political, moral, or ethical courage.
9. The decision to change some unhealthy pattern of thought or conduct in ourselves.
10. The taking of any principled stand in the face of adversity.
11. Any act that entails commitment of the heart, time and money.
12. Becoming debt free and financially secure.
Why is it that these goals get very little traction?
How is it even remotely possible that most people will barely make a dent on any of their goals or new year resolutions?
The answer: Self-Sabotage
And, I put together this to help you understand, confront and overcome this mother of a resistance force.

Self sabotage is a state of mind which damages your belief in yourself...
And undermines your ability to achieve that which you want to achieve in 2023.
Self-sabotage is a βdiseaseβ which leads to βunder-performingβ.
WHY DO PEOPLE SABOTAGE THEMSELVES?
In one sense, under-performing is exactly what it sounds like β achieving far less than youβre capable of.
But itβs also so much moreβ¦
Self-sabotage is also an addiction to βunder-achievingβ, βunder-earningβ and overall βunder-beingβ.
Do not underestimate the awesome power, sinister intentionsβ¦and the overwhelming influence of self-sabotage on your performance.
β’Self Sabotage is what a person comes late repeatedly for appointments.
β’ Self Sabotage is what makes a person allow laziness , Procrastination, Bad attitude overcome them in their life and career goals but they seek to blame other people or say it is village people or a witch or wizard.
*Self Sabotage is what makes an Entrepreneur face continuous Sales Drought in business and fail to do reviews to look into the cause of such problems and come up with solutions.
β’ IT IS the monster hiding under the bedβ¦
β’ IT IS the thing that is holding you backβ¦
β’ IT IS the unwanted gift that keeps on giving.
While it canβt be seen, touched, heard or even smelledβ¦
The extraordinary thing about self-sabotage is that IT MAKES ITS PRESENCE FELT.
It manifests itself in your body and your mind and goes to work like an angry jackhammerβ¦relentlessly pounding hard and loud.
What does self-sabotage feel like?
It begins with sadness, stress and distress.
We feel like an imposterβ¦
Like someone who is unworthy of success...
And we begin to act in ways that work to repel success.
It pervades everythingβ¦
How we think, talk, walk and even our posture and facial expression is impacted by it.
We feel unloved and begin to act in self-destructive waysβ¦
In effect, we seize failure from the jaws of victory.
Self-sabotage is negative energy.
It has no redeeming value.
It exists to debilitate not liberate talent.
Its goal is to take you off course⦠and keep you there.
Self-sabotage is self-generated, self-perpetuated and hell bent on your self-destruction.
Self-sabotage does not play to wound...it plays to kill.
It places a bullseye on whatever you want to be, have and do and aggressively works to kill your hopes, dreams and fondest desires.
To beat self-sabotageβ¦
Be prepared for war as it understands nothing but brute strength...
And it will not give in without one hell of a fight.
Self-sabotage is an engine of destruction and it understands nothing but brute force.
And, to overcome the ugly, unsportsmanlike conduct of self-sabotage you must deploy a strong, relentless offense.
You must develop an indomitable spirit, an unbreakable will, a relentless resolve to rise above the dirty tricks and diabolical mind games of self-sabotage.
You must choose to put self-sabotage behind you...
To stare it in the eye, walk straight through it and advance towards your goals with confidenceβ¦conviction, and certainty.

4 Self Defeating factors that help to stop our goals from Manifesting.
1. Negative Self Talk and limiting beliefs
That small inner voice that you listen to that tells you are not good enough or capable to achieve anything great.
You must avoid listening to this and Believe in yourself all things are possible for you in 2023.
2. Avoidance behaviours
Such as procrastination, delay on important goals that can help you achieve your dreams.
Avoidance behaviours are the root source of fear and anxieties.
3. Focus
Without Focus on the most important things you tend to do the things of less relevance most of the time.

death sentence on your goals, and you'll
eventually wind up on the endangered

goes into full assault mode because it knows
you have it on the ropes.
When self-sabotage knovws you're about to
beat it..it hits the panic button.

games of self-sabotage.
