Why do we need to be careful of Chicken poo on eggs?

Chicken poo on egg shell if not removed can contaminate the egg during cooking process and cause us diseases.

Big diseases like Histoplasmosis, Salmonella can be contaminated from poo on eggs.

They are illness caused by little germs that can be found in poo of chickens which sometimes are left on the eggs.

These are called zoonotic diseases because they are usually from animals and can affect human beings at contact with them.

What should you do when you see an egg with poo on the Shell?

Dip the egg into warm water to flake off the poo

Most of these contaminations occur during the frying processes or mixing raw egg while cooking Noddles.

Even, apart from that, holding egg with poo on the shell and use same hand to touch other foods can cause contamination of those diseases.

Make sure you wash your hand thoroughly after handling egg shell with poo or no poo before touching other foods.

You can add salt to hot water to clean the poo until no one is left before frying processes or so

Over 200 zoonotic diseases has been reported since 2014 and some are bird flu, Lassa fever, Monkey pox, Ebola ete.

So when next you want to break an egg, keep your eyes on the poultry dirt and poo.

FROM INBOX SUMMARY : good afternoon. I have been wanting to let this steam off me but have no courage till now. My husband went back home to develop our land. Like every wife, l was so happy we will have our wn place when ever we go to Nigeria with kids. I found out is not the land both of us owned that he developed. He bought another land on his own name and developed it with my money. I asked me during new year. He said the land we owned together was written off by the project and architect because of the design. I asked him as a wife, who was working day and night pushing money to him dont deserve to know there was a change in plan. He said he is sorry. Just sorry. It is only Allah that know why l have not poisoned him or hire people to waste him whenever he is in Nigeria. I have sent not less than #50.4M home. The work l did tells in my 44 years old body because l hardly sleep with three teenage kids to take care of. This is affecting my psychic and everything. All l can get is sorry. I am weak and broken. My elder sister said he must sell the house and refund me let me develop on my own land. I told him to leave the house till he come with my money. Even my 18 years old son called him a fraud. He has been sayng sorry but all the love and hate mixture in me want to silently kill him for good. I am really worried about what l can do. All of us are from Nigeria. I am from Asaba and he is from Benin. I will do with a tangible advices. I just want to leave where the trauma left me since January. I am fading away.

I need Mummies advice, my husband met a lady some years back on his way home, this lady knew me and my kids. Along the line he find my husband phone number and she called him for assistance, during this time my husband was transfer from Lagos to Markurdi for 3month. This lady went to markurdi to see my husband which my hubby did not deny sleeping with her. After 5month she called my husband that she is pregnant and she want money to abort the pregnancy and hubby gave her 20k . After some month she threatened my hubby that if he didn't give her 300k she will tell me and narrate all the story that's when my hubby discover that she just want to use that to trap him down.
After 7years, this lady went on Facebook to search for my husband extended family and she started threatening them to tell my hubby that she did not abort the baby and she want to come into the family (this lady have 4 kids for different man).
Since this lady heard that me and my family were no more in the country, she has been moving from one family member to another, she even did worst thing. One of my husbands family who stays in UK went to Nigeria and this lady have s*x with him several times.

To cut the story short, this lady have been calling me to leave her husband or I should come home to pick my husband baby.
Mummies please I dont know what to do, I dont want my family to separate and she threatening me to allow her to come in.

Dear ma, everytime is approaching Christmas, my hubby do ghost on us only to appear January that he was held up in village. He will follow people with free space and travel. We just have only beans at home.

This time, he commands that we all should join him and seek for free rides and possibly join in all activities free anywhere we see for this season. I told him straight up that he's mad and we nearly fought. I told him I will lock him up in police if he takes my kids by force. So kids will just wake up and be looking for where to eat free foods this time and days.

Again ma, daily he says out loud that I cheated on him that's why things are hard for us and that is why I'm avoiding his village In Enugu.

Anytime he needs s*x,he says Nwaomam let's see and you will think he's about to draft a business plan but boom it's his preeq event.

I see they are calling me names,that I am wicked and don't love her,let me start by saying am the reason she has a degree,I paid all bills from jamb till she graduated,no single penny from her father.she just finished service and I engaged her and we started marital rights.when I saw the list of 2.8million,I told her this money is much,if I take all this amount,I might not stand well for like a year,she cried that night,that if I love her I should sacrifice,I told her please understand with me,she did not listen,so I took the money and gave,I also have giving her 500k for the wedding shopping,this girl came back to me that she is yet to buy wedding dress, wedding gown.how manage,she started abusing me,that am stingy she wished she married her ex,her ex that took her vaginity and could not even get her a jamb form,she compared me with him.what pained me more is the mother that will always say my family don't know how to marry,her daughter is too cute for us to even be bargaining list,it means what I told her private she went to tell them.what pains me is,her elder brother borrowed money for business from me and have not asked him but he is part of those making my life miserable
