It hasn't been easy recently, resuming a shop as a nursing mother, having urgent work and doing other house work🙆.... Omo my head won scatter, I even cut my hair join 😆 So, I decided to take a break first. I am back but not too sure if I am fully back 🤦🤦. ​I know I told you all I’m fully back, but whew! Since I decided to resume my work, it hasn’t been easy at all. Managing this shop and being a present mummy for my son has been a serious marathon. Between the sewing machine and the feeding bottle, I’ve barely had time for myself, not to talk of posting.
​I want to say a huge THANK YOU to those who have checked up on me to know if I'm okay. I haven't posted for a while now and your messages really touched me. It’s good to know I have people who truly care! ❤️

Continuing from yesterday... At 9 months, I had almost nothing for Noble. But you see God? He is never late.
​My eldest sister (Adannem), my mother-in-law, and my family stepped in. Adannem bought almost EVERYTHING—baby bed, hangers, clothes, cream... things I didn't even ask for! 😭😭 I was so emotional because truly, nothing dey that time! Before I knew it, I was fully ready for my boy.
​And the favor didn't stop there! Immediately Noble arrived, come and see gifts! 🎁 From the hospital, people were giving him 10k cash, soaps, and diapers.
​Listen to this: Noble is almost 5 months now, and I HAVE NOT bought one single diaper with my money. I still have 5 big packs remaining—Small, Medium, Large! Different-different clothes and cash gifts everywhere.
​Omo, as I’m talking to you, apart from properties, my boy get money pass me! 😂 I’ve started putting his money in a "Saving Box" so I don't chop it the way my mama take chop my own back then (Bank of no return!). 😂🏾💸

​My Message to you: No matter what you are going through, NO GIVE UP. Temptation will come, but if you have patience, you will win. We are bouncing back stronger and better!

The Trial & The "Empty Bag" 💔" part 1

They say man proposes, but God disposes. When I was 6 months pregnant with Noble, me and my husband had big plans. We were busy—me in my shop, him with his outside work. We picked a Friday to go and "scatter" the market for our baby’s things. 🛍️
​But on Monday, life happened. Boom! Sickness started. 🤒
The more we waited for him to get better, the more our savings, even the money meant for the baby, started disappearing into hospital bills and medications. Omo, nothing dey again! I stop to think about baby clothes; my only prayer was for my husband to stay alive and be okay.
​I went from "I will buy everything for my baby" to only having 2 stockings, 2 overalls, 2 caps, and 2 hand gloves. 😂 Just 2-2!

​The Lesson: Never boast about what you will do tomorrow, because temptation fit come carry your happiness if you no take time. But in that silence, I held on to patience. I told myself: "Anyhow anyhow, my baby go dey alright."

​Come back tomorrow for Part 2... let me tell you how God used 'Adannem' and others to shame the devil! 🙌🏾✨
