Barbing my husband's hair looked so easy until it became my turn. Every little movement made me extra careful, and I kept praying, "Please let this haircut come out well!" We laughed through the process, teased each other, and before we knew it, what started as a simple haircut became a beautiful memory.
This experience reminded me that love is often expressed in ordinary moments. Marriage isn't only about anniversaries, vacations, or expensive surprises. Sometimes, it's about being available to help each other in the little things when the opportunity comes.
A wife doesn't have to know how to barb her husband's hair, but if she has the opportunity and the willingness to do it, it can be another way of showing care, support, and togetherness. Likewise, husbands can also show love by helping their wives in practical ways. Small acts of service, done with love and respect, can strengthen a marriage over time.
No home becomes stronger because of grand gestures alone. Many happy homes are built through everyday kindness, patience, laughter, and the willingness to be there for one another.
