Turning data into clear insights

This mock project shows how employee training results can be organized, tracked, and visualized in Excel. From recording scores to generating charts and performance summaries, everything is structured for easy monitoring and reporting.

I designed a payroll management spreadsheet that automatically calculates employee weekly pay, overtime hours, overtime bonuses, and total monthly pay based on hours worked and hourly wage. The spreadsheet uses formulas, structured tables, and conditional formatting to organize payroll data efficiently.

If your business needs efficient administrative support or spreadsheet solutions, I’d love to help.

Hubby wore his clothes, dashed out, knocked on his door, and when he came out, gave him a punch that landed him on the floor. This attracted our other neighbors because it's a three-flat self-contained building, and our landlord, whose house is just in front of ours, came out too.

All of them were cursing the guy and begging us to let it go. Omo, my steeze almost drop, as per another man don peep wetin dey private for my hubby, but I shaa galant because I know say I cover myself as I heard noise then. So, I'm sure he didn't see anything, but e no try at all oooo.

What will he even gain from peeping at someone who's bathing?

Last night, something happened in my compound that I must share. If I don't talk, my body will scratch me.

Around 1:30am, I heard my neighbour, Madam Bridget, shouting inside her house; Jesus! Jesus! Leave me o! Leave me.

Me, who was already awake because NEPA took light, quietly opened my curtain to see what was going on.

Her door was open, and I saw her standing on a chair with a broom in her hand, like ndi i cast and bind. I whispered, Aunty Bridget, what happened? She said, Chi, something with a long tail just ran under my bed. I don’t know if it’s a rat or spiritual attack.

I wanted to laugh, but I respected myself. I asked her to calm down. Before I could finish, the enemy ran out... My sister and brothers... It was not a rat. It was not spiritual. It was her attachment. She had loosed her box braid earlier and fan blew some strands down which she didn’t see to pack along with others.

Till now, she hasn’t forgiven me because I laughed like somebody that won lottery. I even rolled on the floor. Please, if she blocks me in the compound meeting, tell her I still love her

One of the biggest mistakes people make in their career journey is thinking they’ve “arrived.”
The truth is whether you’re just starting out or you’ve spent 10 years plus in your field, growth never ends.

Here are 3 career tips that cut across every stage:

▪️Keep Learning
The world is evolving. New tools, new skills, and new approaches are emerging daily. The moment you stop learning, you start lagging behind. As a beginner, you need to learn the basics. The same thing is applicable to experts, as they need to update and refine their skills.

▪️Build Relationships, Not Just Resume
Networking isn’t about collecting contacts. It’s about building genuine connections. Opportunities often come through people, not just qualifications. Whether you’re starting fresh or years in, keep nurturing your professional network.

▪️Embrace Adaptability
Industries shift, roles change, and technologies disrupt. The ones who thrive aren’t the most experienced but the most adaptable. Be open to relearning, unlearning, and pivoting when necessary.

Career success isn’t about rushing to a finish line. It’s about continuous growth, adaptability, and relationships.

So wherever you are on your journey today, ask yourself: “What’s one skill I can learn, one connection I can make, or one way I can adapt this week?”

Because beginners who think long-term become experts and experts who keep learning remain relevant.

I have a friend who launched her online fashion store earlier this year.
She had beautiful dresses, a nice website, and even promoted on Instagram.
But guess what? People visited her site without buying anything.

She was targeting the wrong audience. People who weren’t interested in her products. During one of our chit-chats, she shared her frustration with me.
That’s when I explained the marketing funnel to her.

Think of it like inviting people into your shop:
At the entrance (Top of Funnel), many just peek in.
In the middle (Consideration), some try outfits & ask questions.
At the bottom (Conversion), the serious ones buy.

My friend had been treating every visitor the same without guiding them through the funnel.
So, she re-strategized and started creating Instagram Reels to attract attention, styling tips and email newsletters to nurture, and limited-time offers and testimonials to close sales.

Her page picked up. She now records sales almost every day, plus referrals.

That’s the power of understanding the marketing funnel.
It helps you design smarter strategies. Instead of shouting at everyone, you guide the right people step by step.

Next time you’re building a campaign, don’t just market. Build a funnel.
That’s how effective strategies are born.

Every new day comes with its own challenges, but I choose to start mine with faith-filled words that remind me I’m not alone.

One of my anchors is:

“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles…” Isaiah 40:31

Another favourite that keeps me grounded is:

“I lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.” Psalm 121:1–2

These scriptures help me walk into each day with renewed strength and unshakable hope.

What scripture or word of faith helps you begin your day? Share yours, I’d love to read them.
