MATTERS ARISING.

Starting your own business is a brave and noble move, but that does not mean you should look at those working for others “less less”.

Starting your own business is a brave move, but working for someone else also takes courage. Giving yourself to hard work for another person's dream require strength, courage and loyalty, and that’s what you bring. It takes guts to show up every day, give your best, and help build something that you can’t claim as yours, but you are part of it (Luke 16:12-14)

Working for someone else is not a lack of ambition, it is discipline and commitment, and knowing what one strengths are. Some are called to be faithful workers, they excel by complimenting others inventions, and the boss value their skills. The boss, is nothing without the workers, the king is nothing without is kingdomers, the priest is nothing without the parishioners, etc.

They both have their paths to fulfillment, and each path takes bravery. One is not superior or inferior to the other, they are just different, and everyone with its own grace (Rom 12:6; 1Corinth 3:6)

KINGDOM NEWS.

God gives us 1000 colors to paint with, but says "don’t paint with blood. Isaiah 1:15.

God gives you many good ways to live like a painter with a thousand colors. Kindness, honesty, love, and service are all yours to use. But He says, "Don't paint with blood."

That means you must not hurt others or use harm to get ahead. He gives you freedom, but not to harm. With so many colors to choose from, why would you ever need to paint with blood?

Keep your hands clean (Isaiah 1:16-18), stay far away from shedding innocent blood (Pro 6:16-19), God will definitely require it from your hands (Ezekiel 3:18).

PERFECTION IS NOT A DESTINATION, IT IS AN ONGOING PROCESS.

The perfect child does not exist. They may look like an angel when they are small, sweet and well-behaved (Pro 22:6 Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it.)
But as they grow up, they will make mistakes, test your patience, and challenge you in ways you never expected (Luke 15:11-32). That does not mean you have failed. It means they are human. And you are human too.

Perfection is not a destination, it is an ongoing process. The goal is not to raise a perfect child, but one who knows they are loved, learns from mistakes, and grows over time (Eph 6:4 Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger by the way you treat them. Rather, bring them up with the discipline and instruction that comes from the Lord.)
That is real parenting not perfect, but full of grace.
