First and foremost, I give all Glory to God for the journey of MERCY and GRACE 🙌 over this brand.
There were times of pushing, times I almost gave up, moments of doubt when I questioned if I was truly on the right path. It almost weighed me down — especially trying to balance school and the brand at the same time — but I never gave up.
It all began in 2023, when the brand started with OKIRIKA (thrift wears) from SUPA — pieces we sold for just ₦2,500, making a profit of ₦300 on each. Sometimes, we even ended up wearing some ourselves or giving them out.
Through those humble beginnings, one person stood out — someone who has truly stood the test of time with this brand. I can boldly say he brought the light we all see today.
I call him Sir K mi 😍🙌 .
Anywhere you see him, please celebrate him for me! 🙌
There were many more challenges (and only Sir K can definitely relate 😅) — but that’s a story for another day.
Fast forward to today — the birth and growth of this brand have taken us from thrift to custom wears, where every piece is made with excellence in mind.
To everyone who has supported this brand in one way or another, you are the real OGs. 🙏
