Ya Allah I’m forever grateful to you for giving me chances to improve on myself, you hide all of my sins and impurities, you call me back when I go astray, I don’t know how to be thankful enough but Alhamdulllah regardless.
I also want to be thankful to myself for being strong, patient and brave, for not stopping even when it seemed like I was sinking and all alone in my world. I want to thank myself for not refusing to rise even after falling so many times. May be this new year be a time of renewal. Ya Allah help me shed what no longer serves me and embrace new beginnings, help me to be a light in the world, fill my heart with joy, peace, happiness and hope. As grow older, may learn from the past and be guided by your wisdom in the future(Amin).
