Private building and public utility buildings are not same structurally

They foundation settings, reinforcement (Iron rod) spacing and mixture are different.

That is why I always encourage clients to buy materials for themselves.

Because, when I am doing your work no compromise.

Sometimes your clients will said that I am wasting materials but in the actual sense my work are being done perfectly.

Any short cut in buildings process will backfire someday.
