In January 2025 (last day of the month), I received a WhatsApp text from Charity, she urgently needed to complete payment for her products and needed #264,000 for this payment to be completed.

Throughout the day, we had been talking and she was really desperate to see that payment completed and I didn’t want to lend her that money because of other people who have hurt me in the past but she was vouched for by Adaobi Angela (Our Coach) saying that she had lent her money in the past and she always paid her back.

I agreed and took out loans on her behalf 189k, 58k, 15k, and 1.5k: the total was 264,500. I told her that where I would be taking out the monies from would charge interest and she said okay.

The interest on the 189k was 60% and smaller rates on the rest and I decided that she would tackle just the one of the 189k since it was the highest.

Now please note that the time was short and payment must be completed before 10pm that night and we rushed to do it. She promised to pay me in two installments of 50% in early February 2025, and the rest by the end of February or early March 2025. As I type this, Charity is yet to finish paying me off. She owes me 89,000.

I still have so much to say on this but I’ll stop here for now. I helped her because she was vouched for and I never knew she takes people for a ride. I have given her enough time to pay me back and she thinks I’m a fool. I told her in December 2025 that I’ll be giving her 3 months to pay me back and the last time I contacted her would be the last time I would contact her.

We are in May 2026, which is more than enough time to pay me back and she’s yet to do so. I think I have given her enough time, I have been more than lenient with her.

Anybody who knows Charity Saliu should advise her to pay me back my money because I don’t take kindly to thieves, and she’s currently engaging in thievery.

Charity Saliu, if after this you don’t pay me back, you won’t like what would happen next. I didn’t do bad by helping you!!! I’m not a thief, neither am I stupid, so I hate it when people take me for a fool.
