My friend wants to drag me to c0urt just because i help him.
Atanda i want to know my stand before he drag me and I want you to help me look into the matter and see if i will win or loose.
This is what happened
Am the one who managed his building from f0undation up to the level it is.
Now we want to roof the building, me and the carpenter guy went to the plank market with the list he wrote down and everything we calculated was 5.5M minus w0rkmanship m0ney.
So he sent me 2.5M, although he told me to use the 2.5M to buy whatever it can get and he promise to send the balance the F0llowing month.
So i decide not to Buy it and wait for him to s£nd balance
Atanda, its now over 8 months he is yet to s£nd Balance and i have used the 2.5M to solve one challenges that cane my way but i know that whenever he his ready I can provide the m0ney back.
Now we had little misunderstanding and he ask me to hand over the material to another person and i told him am yet to get it and as we are speaking the pr!ce of those materials are now times three.
So he said he won't be accepting the m0ney back that i must pr0vide the material else he will SU£ me.
Atanda, I was just trying to help him cos if i had b0ught those materials then, am sure most of them will get spoilt by now or st0len.
