My first real job.
Working at Max Mara as a Visual Merchandiser was my first big school in the apparel business.
And I still remember working on the window book with the incredible who coined in English the unforgettable expression “the brother belt” (“la cintura del fratello”).
Still remember it to this day. And shout out to all my ex colleagues! We definitely had a lot of fun along the way.

'Riula un po’ i pantaloni Simona, che li struscichi tutti' - very Tuscan.
My mum used to tell me this all the time when I was a kid.
Back then I was rarely wearing jeans - not to mention selvedge denim:-)
'Riulare' means rolling up your jeans - fare il risvolto.
This word means a lot to me, which is why we decided to bring it back as part of the PeppinoPeppino gergo.
As one of the few denim brands using Italian selvedge denim for women - RIULA YOUR JEANS to show the selvedge detail!!!
