I knew that when the time came to begin fabricating and selling my designs I would need to decide upon a name and probably an icon too. I had a few company ideas in mind, several of which I liked very much, but after considerable thought and research I chose an eponymous brand name as is common in the industry.

The idea for my company’s icon first came to me about 5 years ago. It represents a combination of my family names, but more so, to me it symbolizes the sacred gift of life and the ability to grow into the best versions of ourselves everyday while on the path to realizing our full potential. My paternal surname, Di Fiore, means of flower in English while my maternal surname, Colasacco, means leaking sack. One day I thought to myself, wouldn’t it be neat to draw a flower growing out of a sack that had been watered. If you look closely, you’ll see my initials within. Hint: they form part of the flower’s anatomy. 😉

Like other ideas I’ve had and carried from concept to creation, it just felt right. This familiar feeling that I was onto something made me smile. Then began the process of sketching it out and after lots of modifications and addressing specific details, the watered flower in the sack pot was born.

Who doesn’t enjoy the look and feel of slipping into a freshly pressed shirt or pants? I definitely do but to get that polished look in seconds before heading out the door, I put my faith into a simple spray bottle to do the job. Water. It’s the best drink on earth. I drink it so many ways and at all hours of the day. Throughout the night by my bedside, first thing in the morning hot with lemon and cayenne pepper, infused with fruits or vegetables and simply as-is. I tend to prefer it at room temperature since doing so has been proven to more effectively hydrate… continued on my website’s News page. France has made history becoming the first country to ban fast fashion advertising. This was a huge day in the fashion industry and a powerful message to the fashion world. No more disposable fashion. We are shifting the focus to fashion that is more timeless and high quality, pieces made to last and cherished over the years. A bold move to a more sustainable, conscious future. I hope the rest of the world is watching. Vive la France 🎉💪🏼 🇫🇷 👀 🌎
