It’s official!!! 😁 🤸🏼‍♂️ I Just completed 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training in India .yoga 🤲🏻 Yupieeeeee on paper I’m now an official yogi teacher 🧘🏻‍♀️🤸🏼‍♂️🦵🏽👐🏾🤲🏻
So greatfull for all the lessons I received during this training !! It’s been a dream investing in my own development & self care. I can’t wait to implement all the techniques I have learnt caring for myself & others through Asanas (YOGA), energy line clearing, massage, meditation, Pranayama (BREATHING), mantras & Mudras 💓Waaaaa soo much to absorb 💚 I feel like my physical & mental strength is on fire 🔥 I can’t wait to share with you all the knowledge I have gained 🌎❤️
