2025 gave us several food and beverage pilots. Kaldåni became the one that moved from testing to market launch—a milestone for cross-industry transparency. With Kaldåni, a cider producer in Hardanger, we joined them on the journey to launch their very first product. Through autumn and winter, we discovered more than production—we uncovered a story of heritage, craft, and collaboration.

Here, transparency isn’t a label; it’s a data layer that carries identity and informs every step—from orchard to glass—and it travels across industries. 👉 Read the full case study through our link in the bio

Repass is partnering with NorEngros Johs Olsen and Wittusen & Jensen to pilot Digital Product Passports (DPP), unlocking transparency across the entire wholesale from food and beverage to uniforms, furniture and office consumer goods.

Why does this matter? Because wholesalers are the connectors of the value chain. They have the power to set standards, accelerate sustainability, and make transparency the norm—not the exception.

In our latest Transparency Talks, we sat down with Andrea Berger, Sustainability Manager. She sees DPP and ESPR not as compliance hurdles, but as opportunities to transform wholesale into a future-ready, circular ecosystem.

What a year it has been! As 2025 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on a year of collaboration, growth, and meaningful impact across industries and borders.

From hosting Transformation Talks with Scandinavian Mind in Borås and Stockholm to presenting and showcasing with clients like Brav, Husfliden Lillehammer and LUGA, this year was about creating connections that matter. We deepened partnerships with Invig, Manufacture Oslo, Trykot, and We Disrupt Agency and joined communities such as Lifestyle and Design Cluster, Nordic Edge, Klimapartnere Innlandet, and Abelia, all driving a more sustainable and transparent industry forward.

We also celebrated milestones that set the stage for the future, including a successful investment round to support our continued growth and innovation.
To our clients, partners, and supporters—thank you for being part of our journey.

Here’s to a Merry Christmas and a collaborative, forward-thinking 2026! 🎄✨

The Digital Product Passport (DPP) is no longer a future concept. It is becoming a legal reality. With the European Union’s Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) now in force, fashion brands must prepare for a new era of transparency and accountability.

📌 Textiles are a priority
📌 Mandatory DPPs are expected by mid-2028
📌 Key categories include garments and accessories

Brands that take early action by mapping data, engaging suppliers, and piloting DPPs will not only remain compliant but also gain a strategic advantage in sustainability and consumer trust. The DPP is not just a regulation. It is an opportunity to lead.

🌍 Digital Product Passports are becoming more than just an ID.

Last week, we hosted a breakfast meeting at GS1 Norway’s Smart Centre together with Invig AS. It was a great morning of insights, where industry leaders, innovators, and changemakers came together to explore how DPPs are evolving—from regulatory requirements to strategic tools for traceability, sustainability, and customer engagement.

We were especially inspired by Heidi Svane Pedersen from Lifestyle & Design Cluster, who shared learnings from the Nordic Data to Business project. Her message was clear: data is no longer just a cost—it is a driver of value.

From sportswear and wood manufacturing to coffee and social entrepreneurship, we saw how connected product data can unlock real impact.

📩 We have published a summary of the morning on our website. Read it through the link in our bio.
