A show stopped. Auralee’s dedication to executing classic silhouettes in the most interesting and finest fabrics comes to a head in this winter-ready trench coat. It features all the classic bells and whistles expected from a double-breasted trench - including wide lapels, multiple ways to wear the neck closure, a throat latch, and epaulettes, all complemented by a waist cinch belt with leather trims. Obviously, the star is the fabric. An ultra-long staple length Egyptian finx cotton chambray is used, woven with an orange warp and olive weft, that reads as tan from a distance, but also gives an iridescent element that results in the colour changing based on angles and lighting. The bottom half of the internals is lined with a wool fleece Saxony for warmth, including hybrid pockets that allow access to your trouser pockets as well as the internal cargo pockets. The top half is lined in cupro, so you can layer up top without overheating whilst keeping your legs and crotch warm.
