Jason and Tania's beach reserve wedding - before, mid way and completed set up ! We loved this wedding.... and we had all of 1 hour to pack it all down again. Family rocked up, had a blast and left. We took care of everything else :)

Another great annual
Event for the event designers team. 29th march is the local heat and 30 march is the national finals. The winning driver heads to the States to
Compete in the world champs. Market stalls, carnival rides, food food and more food plus exhilarating races to watch, at 60kph seated 6cm off the ground. You can even have a go too !

We love our work and we love knowing we make such a difference to a bridal couples day. Received from Sally-Ann and Jules, Brides at the stunning Tuscan styled wedding last week (co-ordinated between Auckland and Hong Kong):
"Dear wonderful Hellen, you managed to convert our dream wedding into a reality while also having to read complex spreadsheets being micro managed by a couple of nutters and dealing with 5 hours time difference. We could not have asked for anything more - it was the best day of our lives and just as important to us was that our guests also felt this one was of their better weddings. This was because you left no stone unturned, all I can say is 'Love your work'. You achieved perfection. With much love and thanks, my wife, Julia and I."

So, many wedding couple have cheese cake at their wedding reception but what about a cake made of cheese ? Imagine this, 18kg of imported cheese, tiered and dressed to match the wedding décor - in the case of the impending wedding we are co-ordinating on Waiheke, it will be dressed with sunflowers, delphiniums and lavender - 100% in keeping with the Tuscan style of the day.

11th December - we cant wait to create a beautiful Tuscan wedding, in the olive groves at Stoneyridge on Waiheke Island. Bridal couple live in Hong Kong so thank goodness for Skype.

Who said an exquisite wedding can't be planned from go to woe in four weeks. Event Designers, we can do it !

Planning is officially in place on the 2014 Whangaparaoa Rotary Club Trolley Derby. The other biggie in our event calendar. 29th and 30th March 2014 whoopee.
