Faipopo was inspired by one of the greatest - my #1 Man my Daddy Dr. Peniamina Gatai Brown/Williams. Faipopo is a term given to Boys/Girls in Samoa that goes out to the Woods/Farm in the Islands to collect coconuts. Coconut was a very valuable product to our Island People. It was used for Food as in coconut cream, Jewelry (from coconut shell) etc it was money to our Island People. My Father's upbr
inging was not easy so this was how he paid his way to education. Now if you see a coconut it is not that cute but within that shell comes life. The Beauty that lies within. Faipopo is simply making the BIG and BEAUTIFUL FLAWLEZ:)
I dedicate this Brand to all my Island People that came through the struggle the reason why us youngins today are able to read, write, have a better life. Every design on here is from the heart of our ancestors and Faipopo is going to work at its best to bring that through and share it to the World in a form of Beauty.
