My top five horror movies! ✈️🎬

Ok, so they’re not real movies, but in my world, they sure would be.

This has only happened a handful of times, but particularly on a flight this long, it’s soooo nice!

Honestly, I booked a ticket to this without even fully understanding what it was. I wasn’t sure if there were rides (there are actually two for kids) or if you just walked around and saw things, like a museum.

It’s a themepark where you get to step inside the world of the films, and it’s truly magical.

It’s definitely something I’d recommend spending all day at, as there are so many things to see and do. You can even lose track of time, like I did….twice.

Cannot recommend this enough if you’re a Ghibli fan!

Been dreaming of visiting Japan since I was about 10 years old. Finally making that a reality & spending three whole weeks there really made my inner child so happy. Already planning my return ✈️🇯🇵

Natto gets a lot of smack. You either hate it or you love it.

Personally, I think it’s delicious and love eating it in rice bowls. It’s also good for you because it’s fermented. Was super excited when I found out you could get natto rolls at the konbinis!

If you want to try it, I really think this is a great way to do so.

The convenience store snacks are UNMATCHED! Adore sweet potatoes & I love how much Japan incorporates them into desserts.

They’re definitely not mochi, but I was trying to think of a texture similar-ish that people might understand. It’s soft, but firm, and chewy. Slightly sweet & soooooo good!

Grateful I wasn’t turned away but it was definitely awkward.

I get language barriers are tough & business owners want things to be simple but I’ve really tried my best to not be a problem.

The worst thing was in the end, the food there wasn’t even that great.

Not my first rodeo with 7-Eleven (and convenience stores in general) in Asia but I honestly forgot HOW MUCH BETTER they are than their western counterparts.

I’m not going to be ok.
