Hamilton Hawks Wrestling Club is an Olympic Freestyle Wrestling Club! Check out our about info :) Its is an Olympic Freestyle Wrestling Club.

Hamilton Hawks Wrestling Club is based at the Hamilton Cosmopolitan Club. We have two sessions during the week. The juniors (5-12 Yrs) train on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6.00pm-7.00pm, while the seniors (12+ Yrs) train Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7.00pm-8:30pm. For trainings you will need to wear shorts and a t-shirt, no jeans or jewelry! Also remember to bring a drink bottle! For more info just ask or e-mail our club CEO at [email protected]
