Large king room available Rea Road area Katikati for Board situation. $280 per week plus $40 power/gas/internet. Quiet Couple ok (utilities $70 per week). To board with older quiet gentleman. Partially furnish room - queen bed, some linen, cupboard, bedside tables. Large house furnished. 1 car spot.

Must have a permanent job, car, references, ID. 1 week in advance & 2 weeks bond. No animals. Boarder Agreement to be signed.
