Our lovely leg warmers are the perfect way to keep warm on chilly winter days in the studio. Here is what one happy dancer had to say about the fit:
"When you're 182cm (6 ft) tall, you really don't believe there will be a pair of leg warmers that will cover the knee, let alone get close to the knee. Well, pardon the pun, but I stand corrected. My legwarmers (colour - watermelon) slid up well past the knee by around 7cm and kept my legs toasty and warm, right down to the tips of my toes. Love how the heel cut-out holds the ballet shoes so firmly in place while dancing and also keeps the feet snug. I feel the cold, so these leg warmers have been absolutely a game-changer as far as circulation and freeing up movement in the legs on a chilly winter morning. Hope to get a black pair soon as well! “

Let me introduce myself! I am Celia, founder of Butterfly Dancewear. I am a former professional ballerina and now full time ballet teacher teaching ballet to adults of all ages from 20+ to 80+ in Christchurch, NZ. Butterfly Dancewear came about as I searched for something that I would feel comfortable teaching and dancing in. I wanted something that made me feel lovely yet was practical and works for everyBODY. Our unique designs are body friendly. I look forward to sharing more of our lovely Butterfly Dancewear garments.
