📣 Kia Ora Whānau! 💙

Yes, I am very aware that I currently have ALOOOOOOT of people waiting on designs 😅😂 and I just want to say a massive THANK YOU for your patience!

I also wanted to give everyone a little update on how the process works, especially once your design has been completed and approved.

🎨 DESIGN APPROVED – WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

If I’ve already completed your design and you’re happy with it, I then send it through to the supplier to have the TRANSFER DESIGN created.

Now this part can sometimes cause a bit of a delay because I am VERY PICKY when it comes to making sure your finished shirt matches the draft you approved! 👀😂

When the supplier sends the transfer design back to me, I check it carefully against the original draft.

If something doesn’t match, even if it seems small, I will send it back and we will go backwards and forwards until I’m happy that it matches what you were shown and what you approved.

TRUST AND BELIEVE... if I’m not happy with the transfer design, I know you wouldn’t be happy with it either! 😂💯

I’d much rather take a little extra time getting it right than rush something through that doesn’t look how it’s supposed to.

Once the transfer design is approved by both myself and you, that’s when final quantities are confirmed and invoices are sent out. ✅

👕 TURNAROUND TIMES

I always do my absolute best to get your shirts completed and out to you as quickly as possible. Sometimes delays can happen along the way because, at the end of the day, WE ARE ALL HUMAN 😂

Both myself and the supplier genuinely do our best to keep everything moving and make sure everyone receives something they’re happy with.
