Graduated from IFA Paris with a Fashion Design and Management degree, the two set for separate adventures before a trip to Tahiti changed the course of their lives. Embraced by the welcoming island ambiance and the kindness embodied in the
Tahitian culture, the concept of "Miëih" was born. Miranda, the mastermind and the heart of Miëih, started her journey working as a womenswear designer for many renowned brands. With her sense of aesthetics and eyes for trends, she has soon developed her unique style that brings together the essence of classic and modern fashion. Jessie, driven by her curiosity, went on exploring different areas, has then gathered a well-rounded knowledge to push forth the brand alongside her sister. Miëih is an independent label that is ethically produced in small batches. We design, sample, and create each style in Tahiti. Bringing back the old-school way of making clothes, we dedicate ourselves through every little step from design sketches to finalized products, including pattern cutting and sewing. Imbuing clean silhouettes and a hint of laid-back glamour, each piece from Miëih is a slow-made, timeless fashion that will be your favorite staple.
