Update POM-Man:

We sincerely apologized on the delay of the delivery of your Balikbayan boxes. We had an unexpected hiccup in our receiving/delivery partner in the Philippines but all are sorted out now.

Delivery has resumed and rest assured your family will receive them very soon.
We apologized the inconvenience caused due to the delays.

Shall post the expected dates of delivery per region soon.

Update for POM-Phils: Container is still in HK waiting for the carrier vessel.
Expected arrival of the carrier vessel in HKG is on 23rd June. We will advise late next week on the ETA Philippines. This is beyond our control yet, we sincerely apologise for the incovenience caused.

Due to the erratic sailing sked which is beyond us, we apologise for the delay of your BBB. Currently, the container is stuck in HK. Hopefully, it will be loaded soon to the mother vessel.
We will update soon for the final ETA to Manila.

*Please pack your boxes properly to avoid damage of items. We advise wrapping your boxes with packing tape/cling wraps.

*Wrap breakable items with bubblewraps esp. Glasswares, mirrors, glass containers, perfumes etc.

*Damage to the box and its contents due to any kinds of liquids packed inside the box will be entirely for the risk of the sender.

*NO WEIGHT LIMIT BUT PLEASE DO NOT OVERFILL YOUR BOX. Overfilled boxes might cause damage to the boxes.

*Please read the lists of all illegal or banned items. (list posted in our page)
