You may notice that some chocolates can develop a whitish coating or slightly different texture over time. This is called “chocolate bloom,” and it usually happens because of temperature changes or humidity — especially during hot weather or delivery transit.

Don’t worry! 🤎 The chocolate is still safe to eat and its quality is still okay. The appearance may just look a little different because the cocoa butter or sugar rises to the surface.
