To the Young Man Carrying So Much
I know you are tired.
You carry responsibilities that many your age do not understand. While others are still discovering life, you are already providing, sacrificing, and thinking about bills, food, and your family’s needs. It is heavy. Sometimes it feels unfair. Sometimes you feel alone.
But hear this clearly: God sees you.
He sees every early morning, every silent prayer, every hidden tear, every sacrifice no one applauds. And He is not blind to your weariness.
📖 Galatians 6:9 (KJV)
"And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not."
Your season of harvest will come. This is not forever.
When you feel like giving up, remember:
📖 Isaiah 40:29 (KJV)
"He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength."
You may feel empty, but God specializes in strengthening exhausted people.
📖 Matthew 11:28 (KJV)
"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."
You don’t have to carry everything alone. Bring the weight to Him. Cry if you need to. Pray honestly. God is not disappointed in your weakness — He meets you there.
And this promise is for you:
📖 Jeremiah 29:11 (KJV)
"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end."
Your story is not over. Being a breadwinner is not your entire identity. You are not just a provider — you are a son, a young man with dreams, a child of God with a future.
You may feel hopeless today, but feelings are temporary. God’s faithfulness is not.
One day, you will look back and realize:
The season that almost broke you was the season that built you.
Hold on.
Rest in God.
You are stronger than you think — and more loved than you know.
