Customer Rent policy:
1. Pay reservation cost upon order to rent.
2. Full payment and deposit cost will be paid upon pick up.
3. Deposit cost is 100% refundable.
3. Do not wash the costume but return it immediately after use.
4. If damaged or stained, deposit posted by the renter may be forfeited.
5. A late fee of P50.00 will be charged for every 2 days if the rented dress is not returned.
6. Failure to return the dress within 7 days due to lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair may result the renter being liable to pay it's full replacement cost.
7. Any damage, stains, tears, burns, or missing embellishments will incur repair or cleaning charges.
8. No cutting, sewing, or alterations are allowed without permission of the owner.
9. Bring valid ID upon pick-up for renter verification.
10. By renting, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions, including fees for late return, damage, or loss.
