Here's a recipe for delicious and easy-to-make preserved garlic:

Ingredients:
2 cups garlic cloves, peeled
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
2 bay leaves
Instructions:
Peel the garlic cloves and rinse them thoroughly.
In a saucepan, combine the white vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring until the sugar and salt are fully dissolved.
Let the vinegar mixture cool to room temperature.
Place the peeled garlic cloves, black peppercorns, and bay leaves in a clean, dry jar.
Pour the cooled vinegar mixture over the garlic cloves, ensuring they are fully submerged.
Seal the jar tightly and store it in a cool, dark place for at least a week before using. The garlic can be kept for up to 1 year.
