This is the reason why supporting local leathercraft brands are worth it.

you get a real "luxury" quality knowing the product you receive is made with passion and hopes for the future.

Not everyone of us aims to be like those top brands...

Some, like my brand are advocates of bringing back quality products and against "planned obsolescence" that exploits the consumers.

My heart goes out to a local leathercraft brand I respect that's facing customer service backlash. It's a scary reminder...

My heart goes out to a local leathercraft brand I respect that's facing customer service backlash. It's a scary reminder of how quickly things can turn, even for brands we admire.

Without a chance to explain their side, their reputation is taking a hit.

This whole situation makes me realize how cutthroat the business world can be. It's a wake-up call for sure, and a reminder that I need to be extra prepared to face similar challenges someday.

Best wishes to that brand, and hoping they can bounce back. Here's to hoping we all have the strength to navigate the rough waters of business!
