To our valued customers and supporters,
We would like to sincerely inform everyone that Insta360 Rentals Batangas will be temporarily pausing its operations until further notice.
This decision comes after a very difficult experience involving a recent rental incident where a unit was unfortunately misrepresented and later pawned without our knowledge. Thankfully, we were able to successfully recover the equipment, but the situation has caused significant stress and concern on our end as a small business just starting out.
As we are committed to maintaining trust, safety, and the quality of our service, we have decided to take this time to step back, recover, and reassess our processes to better protect both our business and future clients.
We remain truly grateful for the continuous inquiries, bookings, and support we receive—even without heavy promotion. Your trust means a lot to us and has been one of our biggest motivations.
For previous and trusted clients, limited rentals may still be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. However, for now, operations will be significantly restricted.
Thank you for your understanding, patience, and support during this challenging time. We will continue to move forward with stronger systems and a better foundation.
