We’ve been producing these delicacy for a century, over so many years of producing a Nutty Caramel Binagol, we level up into a luscious Ube Binagol with adequate sweetness. It’s a mixture of taro root, condensed milk, coconut milk, low fat cream, white sugar, egg yolks and Ube.
