Reminder for autism parents:

Bullying should never be part of our ausome journey—or any child’s.

If your child is being misunderstood, excluded, or hurt… that is not something they should just “learn to handle.”
They deserve protection, support, and a space where they feel safe.

Choose environments that practice real inclusion.
Speak up, even when it’s uncomfortable.
Document, advocate, and don’t settle for “kids will be kids.”

At home, be their safe place.
The world can be overwhelming enough—
they should never feel like they have to fight for acceptance from you too.

And on the days you feel tired, frustrated, or unsure—
remember this:

You are doing your best.
Your child is doing their best.
And that already means so much.

Keep going. You’re not alone in this.❤️💯

Not everyone will understand how big this moment is… especially to autism parents. 🥺

Behind this enrollment are months of therapy, sacrifices, and silent battles.
Despite the crisis, we continued Ryota’s therapy—no matter how hard it got.

There were days we were tired, uncertain, and overwhelmed, but we kept going.
And now, we are finally enrolling him for grade school.

God really provides. Education is the best investment for our children.

And more than anything, choose a school your child will love—not just what you choose as a parent.

This is more than enrollment… this is love, faith, and resilience.🥺😇

Autism acceptance isn’t about making our kids “fit in.”
It’s about creating a world where they don’t have to hide who they are.

If my child needs to stim, let him.
If he’s loud, let him.
If he expresses joy differently, let him.

Because behind those stims is a child who feels safe,
a child who is regulating,
a child who is finally free to be himself.

You may see “different.”
I see my son being happy—and that’s everything. 💙

Happy birthday to our ausome, super hands-on dad. 💙

From being our provider to our caretaker, our cook, our rider, our everything—you show up in ways that don’t always get noticed, but are always deeply appreciated.

Life isn’t always perfect, and yes, we fight sometimes… but at the end of the day, we’re still choosing each other. We’re still making it work—together.

Thank you for loving us the way you do. We see you, we appreciate you, and we’re grateful for you every single day.

Happy birthday Ausome Daddy!🎉

But the truth is, not everyone chooses to see that.
It’s so easy to notice the ‘loud’ child, the ‘restless’ one, the ‘different’ one…
yet so hard to pause and ask why.

Some children express themselves differently.
Some children react in ways we don’t expect.
Some children experience the world more intensely than we can imagine.

And that is not their fault.

What looks like ‘misbehavior’ to others
might actually be a child trying to cope.
What sounds like ‘too much noise’
might be a child feeling overwhelmed.

Especially for children with autism—
they are not trying to be difficult.
They are trying to exist in a world that doesn’t always understand them.

They don’t need criticism.
They don’t need judgmental looks or careless words.

They need patience.
They need support.
They need kindness.

So before you speak, before you judge, before you react—
take a moment to think.

Because something that means nothing to you
can mean everything to a child…
and to the parent quietly fighting battles you cannot see.

Not every struggle is visible.
Not every story is heard.

So choose to be kind.
Choose to understand.

In a world that is quick to judge,
be someone who chooses compassion instead.

Every child is beautiful—even the ones you don’t understand. 🤍

To all working moms of children with autism

—please take care of your health.

We are emotionally exhausted, physically drained, and mentally maxed out-not because we are weak, but because we are carrying so much every single day. We are working, caring, protecting, and making sure our children are safe, understood, and supported in this world.

The stress, constant care, and lack of sleep are not easy. Over time, they can lead to serious health conditions like hypertension and other stress-related illnesses. But even in the middle of all this, we keep going because our love for our children is stronger than our tiredness.

Sometimes, we no longer have the energy for other people's issues, because our focus is already on surviving the day, providing for our kids, and holding everything together at home and at work.

And that is okay.

But please don't forget-you matter too.

Your health matters too. Your body needs rest, your mind needs peace, and your heart needs care.

So please pause when you can, breathe when it gets heavy, and choose yourself too-not just for you, but for the children who need you strong and healthy every day.❤️

When stress almost took over my life and health,
my kids reminded me to keep going… and to take care of myself too.
