Where Do Public Funds Go?

Transparency and accountability should not be demanded from a single government office alone. The Office of the President issues travel authorities to numerous government offices, including its own officials and employees.

In this light, the public would surely appreciate full information on the travel expenses incurred by these offices and officials, including the public funds used for such trips.

From hereon, we expect that all travel authorities issued by the Palace, together with the corresponding travel expenses and public funds involved, be made available to the public.

Nagpaalala si Senator B**g Go sa publiko na manatiling alerto at patuloy na i-monitor ang mga update mula sa PAGASA at sa inyong lokal na pamahalaan habang binabantayan ang isang tropical cyclone na posibleng pumasok sa Philippine Area of Responsibility sa susunod na linggo.

Bagama't maaari pang magbago ang galaw at lakas ng bagyo, mahalagang maging handa. Siguraduhing may nakahandang emergency kit, i-charge ang mga communication devices, at sundin ang mga paalala ng mga awtoridad. Ang maagang paghahanda ay makatutulong upang mapanatiling ligtas ang ating mga pamilya.

Mag-ingat po tayong lahat at ipagdasal ang kaligtasan ng bawat isa.
