Online Shop Rules & Guidelines

📌 1. Product Information
Items sold are branded overruns — slight factory excess or with minimal flaws (e.g., mislabeling, loose threads). Please manage your expectations.
Products may have minor imperfections.
All items are in stock unless otherwise stated.
📌 2. Ordering Process
Comment "mine" + the item code on the picture of the item(s) you wish to order, or you may send the code via Personal Message.
Orders are considered reserved for 24 hours until payment is received.
No cancellations allowed once the final invoice has been sent.
📌 3. Payment
Payment must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Accepted payment methods: GCash, Gotyme, or Bank Transfer (BPI or Unionbank) only.
Please send proof of payment for verification.
📌 4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is via MCHA Express unless otherwise requested. Lalamove, Grab, or other motorcycle pickups are allowed, provided the buyer books the service. Please wait for confirmation prior to booking.
Orders paid today will be shipped the next day.
Tracking numbers will be sent after the item has shipped.
We are not liable for delays or damage caused by the courier.
📌 5. Return & Exchange Policy
No returns or exchanges unless the item is proven defective upon receipt (must be reported within 24 hours).
Please send a clear unboxing video as proof.
Size exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
📌 6. Respectful Transactions
Rude or disrespectful messages will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to decline transactions with repeat violators of shop policies.
📌 7. Confidentiality
Customer details are kept confidential and used only for order processing and delivery.
