There will be two (2) cut-off days in a week. (Every Wednesday and Sunday 3PM)

Customers are given 72 hours (3 days) to settle/pay for their placed orders.( for outside Cebu clients)

We will automatically cancel placed orders that have not been paid within 72 hours.( for outside Cebu clients)

rs with two (2) cancelled placed orders will be banned. Shipping fee is shouldered by the buyer and will automatically be calculated and added to your total bill upon placing of order.( for outside Cebu clients)

Customer's orders will be shipped within 2 working days after confirmation of payment. Please take note that confirmation of payment made via LBC, Western Union, Cebuana Lhuillier and ML Kwarta may take longer, more or less 48 hours. (Sundays not included)

Expect to receive your package within 3-4 working days after shipment. Our online shop is not liable for shipment delays on the part of the courier. Our online shop DOES NOT, and WILL NOT ship out damaged items. Our items are double checked before we ship it out to our customers. If still, a customer receives a damage item, we will be happy to replace it provided:

For Metrobank, BDO payment: date / time / amount deposited
For LBC, Western Union, ML Kwarta, Cebuana payment: sender's name / control number (MTCN,KPTN) / amount sent
