3. Strong verbal communication skills, some management ability, good collaboration skills, and the ability to handle pressure.
4. Must have followers on your TikTok account
5. Strong self-management ability in the face of setbacks.
6. Develop and maintain core sources, monitor business public opinion, discover potential crises and intercept and handle them.
7. Experience as Customer Service in BPO & Pogo Industry is a plus.
